Finishing is the Hard Part

I am great at beginnings and if you have read this blog for any length of time  you know that I’ve mentioned this before. I am on day four of  my recycled shopping bag and I was compelled to stop today because it is taking longer than I thought. Anyway I do want to finish but now I have the burning desire to start this shrug. So what the heck I’m going to do just that with a commitment to work on the bag for at least a half hour each day. I’ll finish it sometime. I have plenty of time now that I’m not working for the rest of the summer. No more excuses, just time!

  1. My friend would call you a process knitter. You like learning some thing new than once you get the technique you are ready to move on to something else. Eventually all of your projects get finished. I am a project knitter I start something and I work like crazy on it till It finished so I can see the completed project. A poll in my local yarn shop – Are you a project knitter or a process knitter? Ended in a tie. So you are not alone in your process knitting. As long as you are happy and are working with fiber that is all that matters! 😄
